Guidelines on our Snow Removal Services

1. Snow clearing will be done once an accumulation of 4 centimetres or more is recorded as monitored by Environment Canada.
2. All seasonal contracts must be paid prior to the season by etransfer.
3. The client waives all rights to claims for damage due to snow clearing.  All care and attention will be given during the clearing process but due to the nature of snow removal, we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from clearing including but not limited to items left on driveway or damage to driveway due to its condition.
4. We start removing snow as soon as the snow stops. Response times vary depending on snow fall amounts, but always know we work as fast as possible as conditions allow us to in a safe manner.
